User experience enhancements

This work focuses on our user experience enhancements to the Detail Pages and Altmetric Explorer. Here's a run down of the changes we have made:

• Fixed a bug where the "Alert me" Button was temporarily unavailable.

• Addressing a timeout issue when searching for ORCID identifiers with a large amount of records was crucial for performance optimisation. It ensures that the system can handle large datasets efficiently without compromising user experience.

• Adjusting the size of grey boxes in the advanced search to accommodate all necessary content improves readability and user interaction.

• Opening API documentation or endpoints in a new tab is a usability enhancement that prevents users from navigating away from their current work or search.

• Ensuring that date searching behaves consistently across all tabs improves the predictability of the system and reduces user confusion.

Addressing these small issues is important for maintaining a high-quality, user-friendly, and efficient platform. These enhancements not only improve the immediate user experience but also contribute to the system's reliability and scalability over time.
