4. Features available at launch
We are tracking research mentions from podcast episodes that meet these conditions:
The episode is present in the podcast’s RSS feed
Each podcast has been sourced from a curated list of shows with a higher likelihood of including relevant mentions
At least one research output is mentioned in the written description of the podcast episode
Mentions are included through a DOI or URL to a research output
Due to technical limitations, we will not be able to track:
Attention from podcasts that do not have a RSS feed
Research mentions in podcasts with an invalid RSS feed (i.e. the feed is available, but has data format issues that prevent us from processing it)
Research mentions in the audio content of podcast episodes
Research mentions in episode transcripts
