Sentiment Analysis now in CSV exports

We're excited to announce that sentiment data is now available to download in CSV exports for both the research outputs tab and mentions tabs. Giving you more flexibility with the new data point.

• Now in your CSVs: When you export data, your file will now include a new column for sentiment scores and categories for all X (formerly Twitter) and Bluesky mentions.

• A new level of analysis: This enhancement allows you to perform in-depth, offline analysis of your research's qualitative reception, helping you better understand and report on its true impact. The sentiment scores range from strongly negative (-3) to strongly positive (+3).

• Get a complete picture: This update provides a more comprehensive dataset, enabling you to integrate sentiment insights into your own reports and presentations.
