Dimensions Citations Integration: Details Pages

We have enhanced our Attention Timeline feature by incorporating Dimensions citation data, providing a more comprehensive view of research impact across different segments.

The Timeline, launched in 2024, visualizes how research outputs accumulate attention over time since publication. Each attention source is represented as a distinct series on the chart, revealing patterns and relationships between different types of engagement.

Key features:

• Toggle Dimensions citations visibility using the legend panel

• Click on citation data points to access detailed information in Dimensions

• Compare citation patterns with other attention metrics

This integration offers users deeper insights into how research outputs generate impact across academic and broader attention sources.

Additionally, we've introduced a new "View in Dimensions" button to the details page. This feature provides direct access to comprehensive information about research outputs, including:

• Complete citation data

• Extensive metadata

• Detailed research analytics
